Welcome to Calm Compass

About Calm Compass
Calm Compass is a supportive, non-clinical listening service for young people aged 11 to 18.
I offer calm, confidential 1:1 sessions designed to help teens feel heard, understood, and supported during challenging times - from school stress and anxiety to friendship issues or life transitions.
I’m trained in psychology and have over 5 years’ experience supporting children and teens across schools, families, and mental health charities.
My aim is simple: to help young people feel lighter, calmer, and more in control - one conversation at a time.
