Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective from: 01/10/2025
At Calm Compass, I understand that plans can change — especially in busy family life. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for booked sessions.
Cancellations & Refunds

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your booked session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded, but you may be offered a one-time reschedule at the discretion of Calm Compass.

No-shows (when a client doesn’t attend and no notice is given) are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the original finish time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Service Cancellation by Calm Compass
If I need to cancel a session (due to illness or emergency), you’ll be offered:

A free reschedule, or
-
A full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds for Packages
If you’ve purchased a 4-session package and wish to cancel before using all sessions:

A refund can be issued for unused sessions only, minus any sessions already delivered

Sessions used will be charged at the standard single-session rate (£25), and the difference refunded

Fairness & Flexibility
This policy exists to protect my time and to be fair to others who may want your slot. That said, I aim to be understanding — if something urgent comes up, please get in touch, and I’ll do my best to help.
