Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective from: 01/10/2025

At Calm Compass, I understand that plans can change — especially in busy family life. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for booked sessions.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your booked session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded, but you may be offered a one-time reschedule at the discretion of Calm Compass.

  • No-shows (when a client doesn’t attend and no notice is given) are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the original finish time.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Service Cancellation by Calm Compass

If I need to cancel a session (due to illness or emergency), you’ll be offered:

  • A free reschedule, or

  • A full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds for Packages

If you’ve purchased a 4-session package and wish to cancel before using all sessions:

  • A refund can be issued for unused sessions only, minus any sessions already delivered

  • Sessions used will be charged at the standard single-session rate (£25), and the difference refunded

Fairness & Flexibility

This policy exists to protect my time and to be fair to others who may want your slot. That said, I aim to be understanding — if something urgent comes up, please get in touch, and I’ll do my best to help.
